Creekside Elementary 2025-2026

Fifth Grade Student Supply List

All students will need the following items: Bookbag, Headphones, & Water Canister/Bottle

Please label your child’s belongings. Optional Wish List is NOT mandatory.

  • Headphones (No Bluetooth)
  • 2- boxes of #2 pencils, pre-sharpened (24 count each box)
  • 2- boxes of 12 colored pencils
  • 1- RED plastic, 3-prong, 2 pocket folder
  • 1- BLUE plastic, 3-prong, 2 pocket folder
  • 1- GREEN plastic, 3-prong, 2 pocket folder
  • 1- PURPLE plastic,3-prong, 2 pocket folder
  • 2-YELLOW plastic3-prong 2 pocket folder
  • 5- Marble composition notebook (100 sheets) (NOT SPIRAL, NOT PLASTIC)
  • 4 or more Highlighters (preferably blue and yellow)
  • 12- Elmer's small glue sticks
  • 4 or more Dry Erase markers (black only, please)
  • 1- pair of Fiskars 7” scissors
  • 2- large 3 hole Zipper pencil pouch (NO Pencil Boxes, NO plastic novelty cases)
  • 1- package of wide ruled notebook paper 
  • 1- Pink bar eraser
  • 2- packs of index cards (3x5)

OPTIONAL WISH LIST 

  • Boxes of Tissues
  • Disinfectant Wipes (Clorox, Lysol, etc.)
  • Ziploc Bags (any size other than snack please)
  • Paper towels
  • Colored/white copy paper
  • White address labels
  • AMAZON gift cards (Use within the class/projects)
